With over 25 years of pastry experience, he taught me that baking is never about shortcuts β it's about balance, patience, and love in every layer.
I'm Victoria, and Dushi CafΓ© is my dream made real. Born from a deep desire to share a piece of my homeland and my childhood with the community I now call home here on Long Island, I brought those cherished family recipes all the way to New York β and I haven't looked back.
Our name tells you everything about who we are. Dushi is a word from Papiamento, the language of Aruba β where our family lived for a time β and it means something delightful, sweet, and full of good vibes. That word has always felt like the perfect way to describe what we want every single order to feel like.
What makes us different isn't just what we sell β it's how we make it.
